CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER (TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT / Entry Level OK)

5 Days

8:30am to 5:30pm

Basic Salary : $3,000-$4000*

Plus 13 Mths AWS

Plus Variable Bonus

Product support and training will be given

Dip / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Technical, Engineering or any other engineering certs

This is a new position due to expansion

Our Client : In order to support their growth in the South-East Asia, they are recruiting a CS Engineer (For Sales Support). You will be based in Singapore. Your role will be to support the existing in network in the region Main Responsibilities: Maintain commercial relationships with existing customers Manage day to day sales enquiries, technical quotations, and specific project support. Coach / Train customers and their technical teams. Coordinate between customers, customer service team and factories to ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction in product quality, on time delivery and after sales service.
