JOB DESCRIPTION:STRATEGIC ROLE:
  • To assist the Operations Manager to carry out the company\'s commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customers.
  • To carry out maintenance, start up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and retrofitting of Thermal systems and it\'s related equipment.
  • To assist in the cost evaluation required for \xe2\x80\x9ctime & material\xe2\x80\x9d repair quotation.
  • To carry out planning and scheduling of weekly group operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Accountable for delivery of professional and quality Service which meet the customer\'s expectation.
  • Make Vertiv the customer\'s preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and services on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Assist the Service Operations Manager to carry out the company\'s commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customers.
  • To provide technical support and assistance in the cost evaluation for \xe2\x80\x9ctime & material\xe2\x80\x9d repair quotation.
  • To assist in the cost evaluation required for \xe2\x80\x9ctime & material\xe2\x80\x9d repair quotation.
  • Exercise a professional and customer oriented approach with a service level reflecting Vertiv as a company of world class quality.
  • Participate and contribute to the training, for continual improvement and optimized performance.
  • Keeping up to date the knowledge and application of company\'s products/services.
  • Continually developing and improving himself as a service professional by self analysis, reading, benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum NTC2 in Air-Conditioning or Diploma level
  • Excellent knowledge in Air-Conditioning
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Service Industry
  • Computer literate, in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc
  • Possess class 3 driving license
