Customer Service Engineer (US MNC | Semiconductor | Office Working Hours)

- Perform complex customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure proper working order.
- Isolates and resolves complex equipment malfunctions and implements corrective action.
- Works under minimal supervision following established policies and procedures to ensure company and customer quality standards are met.
- May act as Local/Shift/Site CSE to coordinate work direction for other Service Engineers and install support as needed.
- Position will be located in Singapore region. Candidate may be assigned to support a specific customer site or Product, depending upon business needs.
- Required to work in a Clean Room environment wearing a full clean room suit according to customer requirements.
- Candidate with Min. Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering related fields may apply.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling automated machines.
- Able to understand electrical, mechanical and Pneumatic diagram.
- Good in communication skill.
