Salary: up to $4000

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Location: Clementi

:

  • Responsible to ensure effective and accurate processing/releasing all sales orders related to r samples and resale items in Scent & Care (S&C) SEAO + Export Markets
  • Keeps and maintains an accurate open order and delivery report with requested delivery dates that match customer needs
  • Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department on handling complaints, customer master info record (CMIR), credit block issues, shipping discrepancies, reverse logistics/returns.
  • Prioritization and tracking of customer\'s orders in system, initiate escalations to the supply planning team on orders with long lead time and do not meet the customer\'s requested delivery date
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
