Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers\' enquiry & requirements
  • Servicing existing customers\' accounts
  • Developing new accounts
  • Placing & managing orders
  • Performing pricing
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintenance of customers\' database & updates
  • Preparing invoices, coordinate delivery schedule
  • Liaising with warehouse on picking of stocks
  • Generate sales data, Management reports from Auto Count
  • Preparation of basic export documentation, e.g., packing list, calculation of weight & volume
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales or customer service environment
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer literate (Excel, Words)
  • Able to start work immediately
  • 5 days at Pandan Road
  • Mon-Fri: 830am - 6pm
