Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain department) / Customer Service Officer
Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon\xe2\x80\x93Fri 8.30 am\xe2\x80\x935.45 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am\xe2\x80\x9312.30 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of internal Requisition Form and job allocation to vendors
Assist in Permit declaration and daily customs form verification
Ensure all billings to customers are made on time and accurate
Liaison with customer plant appointed personnel for loading plant and end customers for tax duty related matters
Responsible to process orders from customers into the internal system
Responsible for timely and accurate billing to customers, verifying outsourcing invoices as per job allocation, and monitoring of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s SOA

Diploma holder with at least 1 year of related working experience.
Able to perform overtime when necessary
