Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Shipping Executive
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Working from Home on Saturday (Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm; Saturday 9 am - 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- To handle full set of import and export documents such as BL, Invoice & Packing List, etc.
- To execute Bill of Lading and shipping documents proficiently and competent in the customs declaration.
- To manage day-to-day operations and transactions.
- To liaise with customers as and when necessary.
- To build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements.
- To work closely with internal departments and customer CS-team to coordinate customers' shipments.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel applications.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
