Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Shipping Executive
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Working from Home on Saturday (Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm; Saturday 9 am - 1 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
To handle full set of import and export documents such as BL, Invoice & Packing List, etc.
To execute Bill of Lading and shipping documents proficiently and competent in the customs declaration.
To manage day-to-day operations and transactions.
To liaise with customers as and when necessary.
To build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements.
To work closely with internal departments and customer CS-team to coordinate customers' shipments.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management.

At least 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel applications.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
