  • Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
  • Handle air and sea bookings.
  • Liaise with air and sea carriers.
  • Liaise with customers.
  • Handle all sea shipment documentation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Able to use and handle Microsoft office and emails.
  • Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
