Job Scope ?

1. Cargo & Shipment Handling

Verify cargo clearance permits and cargo conditions prior to release to the delivery team. Perform checks to ensure all approvals and documentation are in place before shipment release.

2. Shipment Coordination & Follow-Up

Track and follow up on shipments with customers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents. Handle bookings, shipment tracking, and provide timely updates to clients.

3. Documentation & Communication

Prepare and manage airfreight documents. Handle documentation and correspondence with customers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

4. Coordination & Liaison

Coordinate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.

5. Data Entry & System Management

Accurately input shipment details, invoices, and other relevant information into the in-house operations system.

6. Operational Support

Provide general support to the operations team as needed, contributing to the team's overall performance and workflow.

Requirements?

Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent. Fluency in English Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc) Experience working in a customer service focused environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
