Job Description
Our client is delivering innovative solutions for the marine and aviation sectors.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding services, bookings, and products related to marine or aviation operations.
- Assist customers with the booking and ordering process, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Nitec and above
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in Marine or Aviation sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and providing solutions.
