Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding services, bookings, and products related to marine or aviation operations.
Assist customers with the booking and ordering process, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Nitec and above
At least 2 years of customer service experience in Marine or Aviation sector.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and providing solutions.
