Job Summary:

• Salary: $3,300 - $4,000

• 5.5 Working day: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

• Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi)

• AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to client inquiries promptly (English/Japanese) through various communication platform/channels.

• Process and coordinate customers' orders and requests.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support & service.

• Communicate and coordinate with various internal staff and stakeholders (when necessary) pertaining to customers' orders, enquiries etc.

• Generates and processes new sales leads (when necessary).

• Update of product item code and expiry date management of products into company's system.

• Compile and generate various monthly reports for the sales team.
