Customer Service Executive (contact Centre / Hospitality Group)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to all phone calls and emails from guests
- Process all bookings and requests from the guests timely and correctly
- Deliver excellent customer service to all the guests and achieve customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all the guest\'s request are arranged accordingly
- Provide First Call Resolution to call in guests
- Resolve any complaint or issue arise in a proper manner
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Diploma in Hospitality Management and other relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in contact centre or hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented
- Candidate with prior experience in Opera system are encouraged to apply
- Location: Sentosa
- 5 days work week, Rotating shift
- Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Bonus
- Opportunity to join established Hospitality group
