Assist the call centre manager to oversee and manage the operation of the call centre
Manage manpower allocation and respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 queries
Manage daily activities such as training, supervising, and hosting team meetings
Promoting service standard and quality improvement of the call centre
Support the team manager in highlighting operational issues and areas for improvement
Assist in the coaching and training of staff and handle any disciplinary issue of the staff
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma holder
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Adequate telephone skills and etiquette
Good interpersonal and communication skills
