Customer Service Executive
Salary : $3,000 - $3,500
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Changi Airport Cargo Road
:
Assist in the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager
Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage
Handle all bookings for both air and sea freight
Liaise with air and sea carriers
Liaise with customers
Handle all sea documentation work such as bookings, Bill of Lading (BL), etc.
