Job Description

We seek a motivated and people-oriented person to join our team. This role will involve generating and converting enquiries and placing workers in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, workers, and overseas agents. Managing the end-to-end placement process for MDWs and foreign workers. Advising clients on regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines. Preparing and processing applications using MOM systems. Meeting sales targets through client acquisition and service excellence. Handling client queries with professionalism and empathy. * Due to dealing with agents and workers from the Philippines, proficiency in Tagalog is preferred.
