As the Customer Service Executive, eSolutions, you are responsible to:

Manage all clients' requests and enquiries across all touch points in a timely manner. Professionally resolve the client's feedback and complaints. Document the clients' interactions within the internal database in accordance with the established policies and procedure. Co-ordinate with the Account Management team, Operations team, and the clients Provide e-Commerce operations support for product returns, credits, tracking and reverse logistics. Communicate with warehouse to handle inbound shipments. Ensure the correct update of inventories in the system. Participate in ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Have good knowledge in air and sea freight forwarding. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft office. Able to work independently and as a team. * Good command of spoken and written English and local languages.
