What You'll Do:
Be the friendly voice answering client calls and emails--helping customers quickly and professionally
Prepare and process all sales documents--quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes--with accuracy and speed
Provide vital administrative support to the Sales Team, from checking visuals and floor plans to prepping installation reports
Coordinate smooth order workflows and work closely with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and installations
Take on exciting ad-hoc projects and tasks that keep the business moving forward
What We're Looking For:
Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Levels or equivalent
1 to 2 years of administrative or operational experience (a plus!)
Sharp organizational skills with an eagle eye for details
Confident communicator who connects easily with colleagues and clients alike
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
