:
- Reports directly to Centre Manager
- Attend to job seekers at the counter, manages telephone and walk-in inquiries in accordance to NE CDC / WDA service standards.
- Introduce job placement services to the job seeker and establish purpose of visit
- Ensure that job seeker is provided the appropriate service and provide job seeker with simple labour market information where needed
- Assist job seekers with the use of self-help corners and help with completion of application forms
- Carry out data entry of job seeker information into ICMS; schedule job seeker appointments through the ICMS with the Centre Manager.
- Issue appointment card to job seekers and carry out appropriate administrative work
- Assist Centre Manager in tracking the number of walk-ins through data entry in ICMS, ensure the walk-ins/application forms and records are properly accounted for Audit
- Assist to execute with any other projects or tasks assigned by Centre Manager / NE CDC / WDA / Job Hub @ BRP
Working Arrangement:
Location: Hougang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm inclusive of lunch break
Salary: $2665/Month
Contract Duration: 1st April 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 31st March 2024 (Extendable)
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Fluent in written and spoken in English and Chinese to communicate with residents
\xc2\xb7 Good organisational skills
\xc2\xb7 Independent worker
\xc2\xb7 IT skills including use of MS Word, MS Power point and MS Excel
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of customer service
\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year relevant working experience in customer service, administrative duties
