Provide general administration support where applicable.
Handle customer’s enquires, including resolving issues and customers feedback
Liaise with internal staff and external parties through phone calls and emails.Prepare & Generate weekly and monthly service report.
To attend walk in, call-in or email enquiry on products.
Provide general administrative support.

Liaise with suppliers and authority officers on products matters.
Prepare and generate daily/ monthly service reports.
Handle and resolve customer enquiries over the phone
Good follow up with customer feedback
Update data into the system
Admin duties
Requirement:
Possess at least ‘O’,‘N’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 1 year working experience in related environment.
Proficient in MS Office Applications & ERP system.
Call-centre /customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills & telephone techniques.
Good spoken & written in English & Mandarin (liaise with Chinese customers).
