Customer Service Executive [ Junior / Senior ]

Job Description
- Working Days: 5 days\' work week
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Office Location: Sungei Kadut [Provide transport to and from Yew Tee MRT]
- Salary: $2,200 - $3,500
- Provide sales and customer service support
- Sales Order Processing: Quotation/ Sales Order/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoicing
- Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department
- Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents
- Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers\' orders and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customers\' inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relevant working experience
