Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)


Job Responsibilities:



To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager

To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc

To handle all bookings for both air and sea

To liaise with air and sea carriers

To liaise with customers Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements:



Possess minimum GCE 'O' level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage

Training provided for those without/lesser experience
