The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a client in the luxury FMCG industry and they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will be managing all order processing and logistics coordination until fulfillment to the customers for the travel retail sector.

• Permanent role
• Work location: Pioneer (2-way company transport available at Boon Lay, Jurong East, and Outram MRT station)
• Work hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Luxury FMCG industry

The Job:

• Ensure orders are processed and shipped to customers on time
• Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/packing/labeling and delivery of orders
• Ensure optimum product availability in the warehouse prior to order fulfillment
• Issue invoices & other shipping documents to customers
• Assist team leader and management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to the team when necessary

The Talent:

• Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse levels of stakeholders
• Proficiency in SAP/Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
