Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiry/tender for our products and services.
• Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis.
• Provide admin support to sales and technical support team to achieve sales.
• Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement.
• Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status.
• Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required.
• Lead and conduct Contract Review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information.
• Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends.
• Manage client relationship
• Other ad-hoc duties assign by superior
