:



In charge of supporting in maintaining all contract agreements as per company SOP Responsible In charge of assisting with the creation, review and analysis of contractual documents as well as ensuring the compliance with the company guidelines. In charge of the accurate and timely management of sales order activities Responsible in answering to customer inquiries which including updates on order and delivery status. In charge of supporting in generating department reports for management review and discussion. In charge of import and export shipments Responsible in ensuring of contract review is conducted timely, and contract deliverables are flown down to the responsible parties in compliance to the company SOP Takeing charge of updating customers' profiles, contract pricing and customer order pricing in the ERP system. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:



Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
