Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Operations, key deliverables include:

• Organize project related order administration in accordance to the PERI business models
• Key-in of project information in internal sales and distribution system
• Support and follow up sourcing and procurement of Project required material including PR on shortages.
• Monitor material movement at jobsite, communicate delivery and returns with Sales
• Support preparation of invoices or credit notes within signature guidelines, communicating with sales and management approvals
• Controlling the consistency of contract confirmation and invoices with sale and engineering teams.
• Actively coordinating with Sales Engineers and Engineering Department the material request per project
• Liaise with warehouse about incoming and outgoing material
• Conduct effective coordination with finance department to meet deadline for report submission
• Provide safety gate for order entry and control 100%
• Daily system housekeeping
• Deliver order management excellence

Your profile

• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in logistic/ material management
• Planning/ purchasing/ procurement experience is required for this position
• Must have good verbal and written English & Mandarin language skills
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, documentation and custom regulations an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Comfortable in working with tight deadlines
