Our client is a well-established entity in the manufacturing and sales of belts and belting products. Singapore regional office overseeing the Asia Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities for Order Processing role:
To attend to all sales enquiries
To handle correspondence relating to customer
To follow-up on status of sales orders
To liaise with factory delivery plans
To attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
To maintain sales price to enable the operation department to update on their database
To maintain product mold list relating to customers
General administrative work relating to sales agreement correspondence, etc.
General and sales purchase reporting on monthly and ad-hoc basis
Job Responsibilities for Shipping role:
Prepare trade documentation (invoice/ packing list/ delivery order, CO, Form A, Form E, Beneficiary of Certificate or Embassy Endorsement, etc.
Liaise with third party logistic company for shipping processing
Ensure on-time delivery to local and overseas customers
Shipping coordination between suppliers and customers
Assist department manager on shipment related matters
Other Customer Service Division Administration:
Prepare any reports assigned
Assist with preparation of sales agreement or any other business agreement
Requirements:
Minimum diploma
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Must be meticulous and possess flair for figures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications
Familiar with handling export shipment and Letter of Credit (optional)
1-2 years of working experience in logistic/ shipping/ ordering processing functions
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Must be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
