Customer Service Executive (order Processing & Shipping)
Job Description
Order Processing \xc2\xb6 To attend to all sales enquiries \xc2\xb6 To handle correspondence relating to customer \xc2\xb6 To follow up on status of sales orders \xc2\xb6 To liaise with the factory on delivery plans \xc2\xb6 To attend and solve problems arising from sales orders \xc2\xb6 To maintain sales price to enable the operation department to update the database \xc2\xb6 To maintain product mold list relating to customers \xc2\xb6 General and sales purchase reporting on a monthly and ad-hoc basis \xc2\xb6 General administrative work relating to the sales agreements, correspondence, etc.
Shipping \xc2\xb6 Prepare trade documentation (invoice/packing list/delivery order, CO, Form A, Form E, Beneficiary of Certificate or Embassy Endorsement, etc) \xc2\xb6 Liaise with third-party logistic company for shipping processing \xc2\xb6 Ensure on-time delivery to local & overseas customers \xc2\xb6 Shipping coordination between suppliers and customers \xc2\xb6 Assist department manager on shipment-related matters
Requirements \xc2\xb6 Minimum diploma \xc2\xb6 Good communication skills in written and spoken English \xc2\xb6 Must be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients \xc2\xb6 Must be meticulous and possess a flair for figures \xc2\xb6 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications \xc2\xb6 1 year of working experience in a related field or fresh graduates are welcome too
