1. Ensure that customers' orders are executed in accordance to company policies and procedures.
2. Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure customer experience is met or
exceed expectations.
3. Ensure efficiency of land transport.
4. Manage warehouse operations and company assets (Prime Mover, containers, trailers) including
repairs & renewal.
5. Liaise with customers on import/export booking.
6. Responsible for incoming and outgoing of custom compound vehicles.
7. Support Feeder and Projects.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties that Reporting Officer require.
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Finance and above.
Able to work 5.5 days work week.
Mininum 2 years working experience in transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
Good PC skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Experience in CRM
Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and regulations
