Customer Service Executive

, you will be the face of Prime Padel, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while learning the ropes of managing operations. This role is perfect for a fresh polytechnic graduate with a passion for media or sports, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to grow into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, bookings, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Assist in the day-to-day operations of our Padel courts, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers. Support marketing and community-building initiatives to grow our customer base. Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve services. Participate in management training programs to prepare for future leadership roles. Contribute to the development and execution of expansion plans across the region.

Requirements:

Diploma from a polytechnic (business, comms/media, marketing or hospitality-related fields preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Interest in sports and an eagerness to learn about Padel. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as part of career development.
