Job Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, providing accurate and timely assistance. Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with companies and businesses to secure deals. Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payment and resolve any payment-related issues. Deliver professional and courteous after-sales support, maintaining and enhancing positive relationships with clients. Collaborate with management to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Confident in speaking English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients). At least 3 months of working experience in any field, including internships (customer service or client-facing roles are a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
