Job Description

Responsibilities:



Support sales team in job processing and coordination of orders Issue job tickets and related documents Liaise with sub-contractors and customers to meet delivery schedule Coordinate internally with operations department to ensure customers requests are met in time and accurately Provide admin support to management

Requirements:



'A' level / Diploma and above Able to work independently & a good team player High initiative, hardworking and willing to work long hours Speedy, responsive and like working in a fast moving environment Training will be provided for selected candidate without relevant experience Experience in printing industry an added advantage * Proficient in MS office
