Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Responsibilitites:



Process and follow up customers' orders efficiently and accurately Provides sales support including problem solving and quotations to customers Liaise and sourcing for the cargo space with different carriers Communicates with overseas offices, carriers and vendors to support timely receipt, cargo clearance and delivery of shipments Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer's shipments Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement Coordinate with Import/Export Operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and billing Others Ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:



Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry Knowledge in both Sea Freight & Air Freight will be added advantage Pleasant personality with positive working attitude High degree of initiative Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task, work independently and handle high volume of transactions in a fast paced environment * Consistent and ready to work on a long term basis with a view to career advancement
