Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
Handle daily request for quotation from customers for air freight cargo space booking. Liaise with Airline or GSA to book and secure cargo space confirmation. Provide solution to customers for complex cargo movement. Co-ordinate with partners for cargo movement solutions. Monitoring of cargo movement and keep customers inform of cargo uplift and arrival. Data entry into inhouse freight system. Work closely with our export and import department to ensure no disruption to cargo movement. And other duties being assign by HOD.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Pleasant personality with positive mindset. Team player. Ability to communicate and interact with customers,airlines and partners. At least 3 years of experiences in Air Freight Forwarding. Computer literate. Ability to perform multitask and work independently without supervision. * Possess good working attitude and willingness to learn.
