Job Description

1) Working in a documentation or customer service shipping environment or organisation for minimum 3 years


2) Working in forwarding field for a period 4 years.


3) Role encompasses taking of bookings, documentation like bl and manifest to invoicing through carriers in house system.


4) Telemarketing to seek actively for cargo opportunities. Following up with key accounts for cargoes.


5) Proactive to learn and team player


6) Knowing Transhipment declaration is an advantage


7) Able to handle both import, export and transhipment shipment through portnet.


8) Application of Dg application.


9) Constant look out for new customers and new trade lanes.


10) Conversant in Microft words, excel and powerpoint.
