Serves as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
Conducts necessary analyses to address client needs
Communicates resolutions to clients
Responsible in providing a professional & high quality inbound and outbound phone support on Bank's products & services for prospective & existing Business Banking clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experience in call center/ customer service (inbound/ outbound calls)
