Requirements
Must-Have
Language: Fluent in English & Chinese (must handle bilingual parent communication)
Experience: 1+ year in customer service/front desk at an educational institution
Skills:
Proficient in Office (Excel data management)
Basic social media operations (posting on FB/IG/Xiaohongshu)
Strong multitasking ability
Personality
Friendly and skilled in interacting with children/parents
Detail-oriented, patient, and able to handle emergencies
Passionate about the education industry
