Job descriptions for Customer Care Executive



1) Report to Manager (Customer Services) of Whiz Communications Pte Ltd.


2) Handle enquiries via online chat, emails, phones, walk-ins on all WhizComms services including Broadband, Travel E-Sim, etc.


3) Handle customers' requests on service application, amendment, addition, and termination.


4) Process, schedule, and provide new and existing orders.


5) Prepare service installation schedule including printing delivery orders, logistics etc.


6) Manage and liaise with installers on installation schedules, appointments, orders, etc.


7) Handle technical and connectivity issues including basic modem configuration, trouble-shootings, filing trouble tickets etc.


8) Assist in Finance matters including enquiries on bill discrepancies, payments, ad-hoc payment links generation etc.


9) Assist marketing in sales leads.


10) Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
