Responsibilities:
Reply to email enquiry and ensure smooth running of daily operations
Prepare quotation to customer
Arranging and Liaising of import/export shipments
Ensure smooth running of daily operations
Basic accounting job such as creating invoices and payment vouchers
Maybe assign to other basic adhoc admin duties
Requirements:
At least Diploma and above
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors)
MS office computer literate (Words & Excel)
Good communication skills and able to work independantly
Preferably candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in similar field are welcome to apply
Salary will be commensurate based on experience
