Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon - Fri/Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm
Monthly Salary: basic up to $3000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + On-duty incentive
Responsibility
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Manage incoming calls and respond to basic customer enquiries
Record customer contact details and relay information to the Sales Team
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience in customer service is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
