CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Permanent role) Roles & Responsibilities Before Sales Sending Technical specifications, MSDS, certificates, related documents to customer. Co-ordination for customer's questionnaire. Customer set up registration into SAP. After Sales (Order Fulfilment) Managing / checking purchase orders and/or call offs from customers. Creation of sales order in SAP. Complaint management/ administration. Main contact point between customer and internal stakeholders for orders enquiry. Pre-shipment advise / Order Confirmation Special Request Form (SRF) management. Administrative Duties - Filing of contracts, SRF, raise Contracts Job Requirements: Experienced working in MNC environment and dealing with B2B customers, order fulfilment (from order placement to delivery of goods). Able to handle complaints and manage communications with customers Familiar with MS Excel (indicate on CV). Diploma/Degree in Business-related disciplines . 1-2 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role. Familiarity with chemical or food or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage Understanding of how CRM systems works Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
