Our client\'s company is expanding their team and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team and make a difference by delivering the best customer service you can offer to their clients.

  • Engage with current and new clients via email, WhatsApp and social media on a daily basis.
  • Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.
  • Manage orders placed by clients on our website.
  • Assist marketing with ideas on new and exciting lead-generating campaigns.
  • Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement.
  • Manage customer feedback and issues with service recovery.

The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Well-organised with good time management
  • Personable and professional
  • Work well in a team environment
  • 5 days work (OFF on every Monday & Tuesday) - 930am to 630pm
  • Location: Near to Outram mrt
