Job Description


Position title : Customer Service Executive

Location: Kallang avenue

Working Days: 5.5 days alt, work 1 Saturday per month

Working hours : 9am - 6pm ; 9am - 1pm

Salary : Basic $1800 - $2200 (depends on experience) with Commission - $200 ~ $250

Responsible:

  • To support Account Servicing Team in the day-to-day sales operation matters which includes servicing, co-ordinating and follow-up on job specifications to ensure 100% customers\' satisfaction.
  • Liaise with inter-departments in co-ordinating jobs in progress.
  • Responsible for the booking in and tracking of jobs and work closely with production and project operation team.
  • Undertake a variety of sales tasks to meet 100% customer satisfaction and provide best and practical solutions for projects.
  • To ensure prompt and punctual submission and approval of all claims/reports and fulfil all areas of responsibilities as a team member.
  • To follow-up and work closely with Accounts Department in minimizing unbilled jobs, load-in jobs, overdue payment and bad debts collection.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by his/her superior.
  • Undertake and assist ad-hoc projects when required.
Job Responsibility for Individual Sales Account
  • Responsible for client servicing, ability to take brief and interact with customer.
  • Manage projects from planning to implementation and to ensure timely delivery and execution of customer requirements.
  • To co-ordinate with Support Teams in meeting customer requirements.
  • Undertake a variety of tasks to meet 100% customer satisfaction and provide the best and most practical solutions for projects.
  • Willing to take on tasks essential for meeting sales targets.
  • Responsible for preparing sales quotation, project deliveries, budget and project schedule based on clients\' requirements.
Customer Support
  • To handle incoming calls, sales enquiries and service walk in customers.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with valued customers.
  • To facilitate with various departments in resolving customers\' complaints and operational issues to achieve customers\' satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer service experience is well achieved within own effort and commitment.
  • To assist new sales staff in jobs processing and co-ordination.
  • To work with Traffic and DnB Team in the required sales operational support.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service support function.
