Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Trading company dealing in commodity plastics, engineering plastics, electronic materials, medical & healthcare products. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Customer Service Executive.The Responsibilities:
- Receiving orders from customers and planning for purchases
- Monitoring and managing inventory level
- Preparing reports for internal and external parties
- Monitoring customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
- Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
- Attending to customer & supplier enquiries
- Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providers
- Ensuring shipment documentations are following government\'s tax regulations
- Managing Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
- Preferably 3-4 years of relevant Customer Service working experience
- Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, good team player and meticulous in figures
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
