Position Title: Logistic Coordinator / Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Central - Marymount
Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales department in their operations
Facilitate coordination between customers, transporters, and warehouses
Prepare necessary documentation for imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order releases
Verify all associated costs
Respond to inquiries concerning rates, shipment tracking, and related issues
Collaborate with oversea agents and customers to guarantee seamless shipment processes

Min. O level
Min. 1 year of working experience in related role but must have experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
Experience in handling pets/animal shipment is a plus point
