Customer Service Executive / Singtel Sales Services

Our company is looking for a Customer Service/Singtel Sales Representative to join our team.

& Requirements

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls;
  • Generate sales leads;
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
  • Provide accrate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers;
  • Manage Showroom for Walk in Enquiries and Servicing;
  • Daily operations include preparing orders and packing orders;
  • Attending to Customer Enquries on Online Platforms.

  • Write and submit accurate orders;
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs;
  • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;
  • Assess clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms;
  • Sell telecommunications products and services to customers;
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records;
  • Identify and solicit potential clients;
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships;
  • Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative;
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Ability to work unsupervised with high levels of productivity;
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships;
  • Ability to stay updated with technology.

Working Hours

  • 5 Day Work (Saturday included)
  • Office/Showroom/Service Centre located at Oxley Bizhub
  • Basic $1800
