Job Description

Provides simplified and quality services to all customers professionally. Work as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps. Embrace self-responsibility for all customers and strive for continuous improvement. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and independence at work. Ability to react according to work contingencies and requirements.
Duties and responsibilities

Attend to customers at frontline and all phone calls received. Create quotations for all customers' repair and advise them accordingly. Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete. Ensure work provided addresses the concerns raised / required by customers. Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered. Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases. Any other matter as required or assigned by supervisor / superior.
Qualification

Completed secondary school.

1 year and above experience.

Ability to communicate in English, Malay, Mandarin and local dialects.
