Responsibilities:
Attending to customer\'s enquiry via various modes (e.g. Phone call/ walk-in/ E-mail)
Promoting and educating customers on our programmes
Follow-up / inform customers and students of any upcoming programmes
Handling of various modes of payments (e.g. MasterCard/ Visa/ NETS/ Cheque/ Cash)
Tracking and maintenance of student attendance
Assist in coordination and allocation of students and classes
Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary
