Benefits:

• Salary: Up $3500
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (7.45am to 4.15pm)
• Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Ang Mo Kio / Khatib / Yishun / Bukit Panjang / Choa Chu Kang / Bukit Gombak / Bukit Batok / Pioneer)
• With bonus

Duties:

• Handles the quote-to-cash processes
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate closely with respective departments to ensure all complaints are resolved promptly
• To manage abnormal trends and bottlenecks through analysis of aging and shipment orders in ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively
• To perform good customer relationship management through visiting and/or attend meeting of customers and business associates, gathering feedback, execute corrective/preventive action plans to improve in service level
