Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,200

• Annual Wage Supplement

• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)

• Quarterly Bonus ($300 to $500)

• 15 Days Annual Leave

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm

• Locations: Jurong West (Company transport at Lakeside MRT)

• Urgent position, interview can be arranged almost immediately

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of customer service personnel and operational staffs in handling daily services and operations

• Responsible to manage and control the facilities and resources (MHE, VAS equipment, indirect material)

• Arrange for external trainings such as safety, first aider, work from height, fire warden, etc..

• Preparing reports such as P&L, OT charges, facilities, space utilisation, manpower, machine utilisation and maintenance, etc.

• Ensure stock availability to fulfil requirements.

• Monitor the production plan and ensure it meets customer fulfilment and QHSE compliance

• Support warehouse on cycle count program and monthly stock-take.

Requirements:

• Candidates who possess at least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Production are highly advantageous
