Job Description


Location: PioneerMon to Fri: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Sat: 9:00am to 12:00pm (One Sat duty per month):

  • To perform all kinds of general administrative duties such as data entry, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • To handle PO, DO, Contract and quotations.
  • To attend to customers via phone and email.
  • To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required.
  • To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries.
Job Requirements:
  • Good command of English both oral and written.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and team player.
  • Computer literate and Multitasking.
  • Relevant administrative experience would be advantageous.
